Our company, which serves in the printing and packaging industry, has established and is operating an “Integrated Management System” in accordance with the requirements of the standards of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 ve BRC-PACK in order to ensure product quality and safety, to be sensitive to the environment in all its activities and to provide a healthy and safe working environment for all its stakeholders.
In this context, as NEMA BASIM YAYIN SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ.
We undertake;
To follow the developments in the sector closely by complying with the legal requirements in all its activities,
To evaluate the demands of our customers within the framework of all legal obligations in order to increase the quality of our service with the principle of customer satisfaction-oriented approach,
To allocate the necessary resources to meet customer expectations by creating effective communication channels,
To equip employees with the necessary competencies to respond to customer expectations,
To encourage and support its employees to develop projects that will increase customer satisfaction in quality and product safety, reduce environmental and occupational health and safety risks, and ensure that they receive the necessary training, to cooperate to improve the awareness of quality, environment and occupational health and safety among suppliers and other service providers, as well as its employees,
To provide our employees with the personal protective equipment and hygiene equipment they need, and to raise awareness and control of their use,
To take the necessary proactive and reactive measures in order to minimize the damage to the environment with the measures to be taken and to fulfill the zero level-occupational accident targets,
To continuously improve and develop its performances for Quality, Environment, Occupational Safety, Product Safety and Customer Satisfaction with the structure it has created and to make improvements with necessary corrective actions.
