CLARIFICATION TEXT ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED IN THE CONTACT FORM
This clarification text is prepared by Nema Basım Yayın San. Tic. Ltd. Sti. to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data, legal reasons, collection method, to whom it can be transferred and your rights under the LPPD within the framework of Article 10 of the Law on Personal Data Protection (“LPPD”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Complied in Fulfilling the Obligation of Clarification.
Your personal data such as name, surname, telephone, e-mail etc. that you share through the contact form on our website, is processed for the purposes that the necessary work be carried out by the business units in order to make the relevant people benefit from the products and services offered by our company, for the execution of related business processes and for communicating with you about the subject you are applying for. In addition, we do not have absolute control over the information you share with this form. We recommend that you do not share your personal data and sensitive personal data, which you do not want us to know, with our Company.
The personal data in question, is processed automatically based on the legal grounds that “it is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract” stipulated in Article 5 of the LPPD and “it be necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation” and will be shared with the relevant judicial authorities only in legal disputes.
